Simon Treasure is a London-based freelance drummer. Since graduating from the Academy of Contemporary Music in 2012 and receiving their 'Outstanding Student Of The Year' award, Simon has built up a diverse list of credits and a reputation for consistently delivering a solid pocket and creative, textural sound.Career highlights include numerous national and international radio and TV appearances (BBC Radio 2, 3FM, Channel 4) and playing such notable venues as London's Hyde Park and Brixton Academy. Whether providing the rhythmic foundation for synth-pop artist LOOP, Christian singer/songwriter Marc James or indie-rock band Longfellow, Simon's sensitive and dynamic approach to the drums shines through.
