XIST

By combining more modern production techniques with traditional cymbal making processes, we are able to offer professional quality, cast B20 (80% Copper, 20% Tin) cymbals at a price that is accessible to drummers at any level. Hi-Hats are crisp and focused with tight sticking and are medium weight. Crashed have a papery attack and a medium decay. Ride delivers a definitive ping with a balance and musical spread. Available with a traditionally lathed or Modern brilliant finish. Xist Box Sets now come with a free hard case. 

XIST RIDES

REGULAR RIDE
The XIST ride offers a clear, focused attack with a dark, warm sustain. Moderate overtones. 

BRILLIANT RIDE
The XIST brilliant ride offers a clear, focused attack with a dark, warm sustain. Moderate overtones.

RAW RIDE
Dry, very penetrating and well defined stick definition with clear and powerful bell. Minimal wash with rich, but controlled overtones. 

POWER RIDE
The unlathed center and bell give Power a bright, clear ping, a penetrating bell and a present but controlled wash.

BRILLIANT CRASH
Xist Brilliant Crashes have a papery attack, brighter sound and a medium decay. 

POWER CRASH
The larger, unlathed bell and unlathed center combined with a heavier weight give this series a fuller, louder attack with a more controlled sustain. 

ION CRASH
The symmetrically placed geometric holes give this crash a splashy, raw attack with a very quick decay. Great for accents, hand drumming or in a stack with other cymbals.
